Apparently Not.... bad girl
Hey Jerry - I just spoke with Dad... what a wonderful talk! If it's alright, would you hug him for me next time you see him (or would that be awkward ;)
cheers! - Serena
Well I called Billy @ Scots for a gig recently, only to discover that they had found a Djembe drum in the parking lot out back the morning after your gig. Clearly Steve hadn't missed it at all, but I rescued it for him. I was hoping to hear "Have a Great Day" posted here somewhere (from the London Music Club performance). I'll keep looking for it. Hoping to come out to hear you in Toronto on June 14th!!! I'll bring the ginger root!

Getting better all the time ....
Hi. You are a beautiful musician. I don't mean just how you look but your music itself. Even if you were ugly as a dirty sock (clearly you aren't) your would still be a beautiful musician. bye bye.
Call Your Dad
Hey great show at war resistor show. I drove over from Detroit because I am ashamed of this countries actions in starting that god awful mess. You were wonderful. I didn't have enough dough to buy a CD that night but I'll be getting one soon from CD Baby. If I were younger I'd propose. Great show Serena
Thank you so much for helping us raise $2000 for the US war resistors benefit in London...you really were the highlight of the show...the audience was captivated by your riveting performance.
Also great to hear more of your songs down at Scot's Corner the next day...and a joy to play my djembe with you...I wish I had more then 4 hours sleep the night before...of coarse the 3 hours sleep I had last night explains why I am sooo tired now...I think I will go to bed now.
Have a great day day day.
~Steve~

Wow man...great improvements!!!

Great website, Serena. Easy to navigate, easy to read, just beautiful. My compliments to your webmaster. Enjoyed your journal entry re Music In The Alcove. Vicariously, it was most inspiring. May 2008 be a year of continued fulfillment for you.
Saw Serena last night at Tryst and was almost blown off the couch! Her amazing voice was rivalled only by the incredible sounds being torn from her guiter. I loved your originals and your covers, and my wife said she's never felt more relaxed than listening to your disk on the ride home.
Thanks for the memorable show!
i met serena-bo-beena this summer at Brandon Folk Fest 'officially'. And i've been her stalker ever since...
JUST KIDDING!!!
ha ha ha. nah, i love her to bits though!
So talented and has a warm way about her. Not the snooty 'i'm a rockstar vibe'. Talk to the folks in the audience after. I like that quality in a person.
you got a warm spot on my couch when ever you pass the through the T-dots again.
p.s.
I love how when you sing certain songs i get goosebumps.
will defintely check out a show soon. i have been feverishly wi riting the past 6 months coming up with new tunes to record. hopefully play a show with you oneday in the future
Good to hear from you again Serena! Thanks for the update, maybe when you have some "spare time" you can come on down to the Edge and check out our resident musicians, Russell James and Tyler Fitzmaurice - I'm sure they'd love to trade some strings or words, or whatever it is you musically blessed folk do....:) Take care and to quote a favourite blue, "just keep swimmin"

Hi, Serena. It's Pia. Hope you are feeling better. Call me later tonight. Bourbon sounds great.
